NABERS Energy Ratings
Ratings for an office base building, tenancy or whole building, depending on the services and spaces within scope.[2]
NABERS Energy & Water Ratings
Accredited NABERS Energy and Water assessments for office buildings, led directly by Jarrad and Raf and supported by practical metering and data expertise.[3]

NABERS Energy and Water for Offices ratings must be performed by a NABERS Accredited Assessor and follow the current rules for gathering, interpreting and using data.[1]
Office ratings use real operational data collected over 12 months.[2] A NABERS rating benchmarks your building’s performance, while our services can highlight where further investigation or improvement may be worthwhile.

Indicative projection
Where sufficient data is available, Taktet can use monitored consumption trends and assessor knowledge to provide an indicative projection of rating direction and compare current consumption with prior periods.
Important: any projection is an estimate only—not a certified NABERS rating or a guarantee of the final result. NABERS states that calculator results are indicative and cannot be promoted or published as official ratings.[5]
Our process
Confirm the building, rating scope, meters, tenancies and available data.
Agree a quote matched to the size and complexity of the assessment.
Collect and validate the evidence, then complete the assessment.
Submit the rating and support the application through certification.
